  • Physical Domination: Having superior strength can enable a person to overpower and subdue an attacker, especially in close-quarters combat.

  • Weapon Defense: Greater strength can be advantageous when defending against armed attacks, such as disarming an assailant or breaking free from a hold.

Limitations:

  • Energy Expenditure: Relying solely on brute force can quickly exhaust the defender, leaving them vulnerable in prolonged encounters or against multiple attackers.

  • Skill Dependency: Effective use of strength often requires proper technique and training. Without skill, raw power alone may not suffice.

  • Size Disadvantage: Against larger or multiple assailants, brute force alone may not be sufficient. Size and strength disparities can still pose challenges.

  • Legal Implications: Overwhelming force may lead to legal repercussions if it's deemed excessive or unjustified, potentially resulting in legal liability for the defender.

Limitations:

  • Physical Endurance: Sustaining high-speed movements over an extended period can drain energy and stamina, reducing effectiveness in prolonged encounters.

  • Impact Strength: While speed enhances striking velocity, it may compromise the impact force compared to slower, more powerful strikes.

  • Skill Requirement: Effective use of speed often requires agility, coordination, and technique. Without proper training, speed alone may not translate into effective defense.

  • Environmental Factors: Speed can be hindered by factors such as terrain, obstacles, or confined spaces, limiting maneuverability and escape options.
