How do I learn to defend myself by taking fitness classes?

 

YGG uses dual purpose training. Specific self-defense drills and techniques are systematically

taught throughout the the YGG Fitness & Defense program.  Each new skill builds on the next.

Before you know it you are able to execute effective defenses and escapes!
