At YGG Fitness & Defense, every workout is designed to make you feel strong, capable, and

ready - not just for the gym, but for life.

Each session brings purposeful movement, energy, and challenge that meets you right where you are -whether you’re a beginner finding your balance or already training like a pro.


With functional strength work, targeted conditioning, and balance training, you’ll build lean muscle, improve reaction time, and develop total-body control.

SELF DEFENSE

And here’s what makes YGG different — every class is built around self-defense–based conditioning. You’ll train the same attributes that protect you in real life: muscle memory, speed, power, balance, and awareness.

Each class builds on the last, growing your strength and confidence through repetition and control.  This isn’t about aggression — it’s about preparation. You’ll move with intention, and carry the calm confidence that comes from knowing you can protect yourself.

One shared goal: to give women the confidence, courage, and community to change their lives — and each other’s.

EMPOWERMENT BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

What you learn here becomes how you live. The awareness you build changes how you walk into a room. The balance you practice changes how you respond under pressure. The action you train for becomes quiet confidence you carry everywhere.
